Thongor; Jeled Malkh (death); Ald Turmis
Thongor kills Jeled Malkh after he refuses to honor his wager. Thongor is captured and put into the dungeons. He escapes with the aid of Ald Turmis and leaves Thurdis in a captured airship. He is attacked by a Grakk (pterodactyl) and knocked unconscious.

A small Scottish fishing village is delighted when a much needed lighthouse appears from nowhere, but their school teacher feels it is wrong to take something unearned and destroys it. They build a new lighthouse, and no one will ever know that the first was a beacon for an alien invasion, unwittingly stopped by the teacher.
