Your room is very untidy, Richie! Please straighten up all that money lying around! I can't stand a messy room!
Mrs. Rich asks Richie to clean up the mess of banknotes all over the floor of Richie's bedroom, and Richie obliges. Mrs. Rich is impressed by the job Richie did, but a gust of wind blows through the window and makes a mess of banknotes all over the floor again. When Richie asks his mother what happened, she refused to discuss it - as she is now the one cleaning up Richie's room.

Richie Rich; Ferocious Fernando; Richard Rich, Sr.
Richie relies on a scientist's computer to translate unintelligible dialogue spoken by Fernando, and mentions that the country the wrestler comes from a nation that has a very unpronounceable name starting with U, which the professor decides to simply call the letter U (which stands for "unpronounceable"). Richie heads to the arena where Fernando is wrestling, and there are guards in front of his room. Richie distracts their attention by throwing money for them to pick up, but Richie does get noticed and Fernando is even more aggressive than before.

"$" instead of an "S" in "Sale" in the title is correct, as that is what is displayed in the title shown in the first panel.
