This 15¢ edition has the following differences from the standard 25¢ edition:
- 15¢ cover price
- '52 Pages' cover logo absent
- 'Giant Size' spine wording absent
- Four internal wraps absent (16 pages)
This issue has two indicia: one that is the same as the standard 25¢ and Canadian 35¢ editions, and another that is a single-line indicia which was printed on the first page of the second story. This variant indicia was specifically printed to be the only indicia in these 36-page, Harvey 15¢ editions, but both indicia were printed mistakenly in the issues from June and July 1972. This single line indicia reads:
"Copyright © by Harvey Famous Cartoons, 1972. Printed in the U.S.A. Harvey Hits, Inc., 1860 Broadway, New York, N.Y."
