Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased...
Roger Ranger Jr. watches his father and mother killed by Nazi Gestapo agent Baron Blackheart. He vows to avenge their deaths by opposing World War II Axis aggression but is rejected in his efforts to join up due to his youth. He joins with two similar-minded youths and forms the Junior Rangers. The trio is soon knee-deep in the fight against the Axis and Roger gets the chance to confront Baron Blackheart.
