Synopsis: The rebel movement P.U.A. (People's Unity Alignment) smuggles contraband into the city New Gelaph and happens to kill two cops. Bounty hunter Mercy St. Clair tracks down the P.U.A. and their leader Stravin in their underground lair. Stravin has been smuggling small animals that could be used as a new food source, but the government wants to stop this in order to keep the population subjugated. Stravin commits suicide.
