Synopsis:
Secretary Phyllis Mott becomes the mistress of shady businessman, Fred MacKay. When Dan Kostello, a gangster, comes to the office looking for MacKay, he slips out the back door with Phyllis. Eventually, Kostello finds the two and guns down MacKay. Phyllis is arrested but released when Kostello confesses. She takes a job as a diner waitress and regrets her sordid past.
