After the Spectre concludes a grim case involving terrorists, his alter-ego has a long discussion with Gwen, and, that evening, Jim prays that his mission as the Spectre be ended and he be granted life again. The next day he discovers, when confronting some criminals, that his wish has been granted...and it nearly costs him his life!
