Has "THE CHICAGO MAIL ORDER COMPANY...CHICAGO" printed in large letters at the bottom, which probably led to the theory that the Chicago Mail Order Company was the actual publisher. However, the exact same text is at the bottom of the inside back cover, and there is nothing anywhere to indicate that they served as the publisher.
