Kobra; Jason Burr; Melissa McNeil (intro); members of the Cobra Cult; Solaris (villain intro); Solaris's men; NYPD Lieutenant Perez; The Servitor (alien robot - in flashback);
Twin brothers -- linked by a bond more binding than blood -- pitted against a madman with the power to destroy the world!
After sharing the same nightmare, Korba symbiotically experiences a kiss between Jason and Melissa, awakening Kobra's memories of "[his] dear, dead Natalie". Kobra raids the sanctuary of Solaris to steal his invention - The Heliotron, a death-ray that "causes an accelerated physical decay - destroying the human body from within". Perez recruits Jason to help end the war between Kobra and Solaris, providing him with a gimmicked flying suit, and a code name of "Gemini". In mid-air, Jason's jet pack and Kobra's anti-grav beam are neutralized leaving the symbiotic pair to fall to their deaths.

Liz Berube (aka Elizabeth Safian) is the colorist according to issue #3's letter column.

Page 11, panel 3: A newspaper (supposedly The New York Times by its unique-but-vague masthead) refers to Abraham D. Beame, mayor of New York City from 1974 thru 1977. The "Big Mac" that Mayor Beame is supposedly referencing in the pseudo-newspaper quote is not the iconic fast-food burger, but the "Municipal Assistance Corporation" (MAC) - the body that oversaw New York City's finances during its fiscal crisis of 1975, saving it from potential bankruptcy.

The credits for Martin Pasko, Chic Stone, Pablo Marcos, and Gerry Conway are presented as part of the text box narration at the bottom of the story's final panel.
