The Lieutenant Marvels and Uncle Marvel are shown stripped of their Shazam powers even though the Lieutenant Marvels never appeared in post-Crisis On Infinite Earths continuity. Mr. Dudley was only briefly given Shazam powers by Ibis the Invincible in THE POWER OF SHAZAM! (DC, 1995 Series) #11 (January 1996) - #12 (February 1996) after which he gave them up and has not been seen exhibiting them since.
