Moonface (villain, introduction, death)
A Nazi agent named Moonface captures Torch and Toro by placing them into a glass tube which he plans to connect with a timer on bombs underneath the capitol building. Torch finds that he can flame with his finger so the capsule must have a small leak. He superheats the glass so that it shatters and Moonface, realizing that his plans have been ruined, grabs live wires electrocuting himself.
