Notes:
Edvin Biuković was a Croatian comics artist. His big break came in 1993 when Dark Horse published Devils and Deaths, his collaboration with writer Darko Macan, in Grendel Tales. The pair were subsequently asked back to do a four-issue sequel, Devil's Choices. He was awarded the Russ Manning Best Newcomer Award in 1995. Prior to his untimely death in December 1999, he illustrated the Peter Milligan revival of Len Wein's creation Human Target. He died suddenly of a brain tumor, a short two weeks after it was initially diagnosed.

The table of contents credits this story to Sean McKeever and Jon Hayward [sic], but on the first page of the story itself the story is credited to Nick Wyche and the art to John R. Holmes.
