Synopsis: Duke escapes his bonds and takes down Calvin. He disarms the missiles, but discovers the location of Cobra Commander: in Washington D.C. Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes fight. Stalker and Kamakura discover Sei Tin has traded bodies with T'JBang. They free the captive Joes, and reveal the truth to the Red Ninja Clan. Storm threatens Scarlett's life, and Snake Eyes stabs him, saving Scarlett but causing nonfatal damage to Storm. This frees Snake of his programing. Flint changes his status to inactive. The President's advisers discover that the Chief of Staff is really Cobra Commander.
