The Optitron corporation wants to bankroll both the Titans and Young Justice as a tax write-off. The meeting is interrupted when a mysterious blue-skinned cybernetic organism appears and apparently attacks Cyborg. Despite Cyborg's claim that she didn't mean to hurt anyone, the resultant battle leaves most members of both teams badly hurt.

The Titans and Young Justice are rushed to a hospital where Cyborg reveals that the cybernetic organism is from the future and only attacked as a defensive measure. Meanwhile, she has reactivated a rogue Superman robot at S.T.A.R. Labs. When the able members of both teams confront them, the robot kills Omen.

During a pitched battle between the young heroes and the Superman robot, Arsenal and Robin assist the cybernetic organism with repairs so she can deactivate the Superman robot. Meanwhile Metamorpho reconstitutes himself. Arsenal and Robin are successful, but not before the Superman robot kills Troia. After her funeral, both the Titans and Young Justice disband. Later, Donna Troy opens her eyes on another world and charges off into battle.
