Synopsis: A body dressed as Robin is found in an alley. The Gotham Central detectives begin to investigate. They seem to be a step behind Batman the whole way, until Detective Chandler pays the Penguin a visit. Detective Chandler finds Batman beating Penguin and shoots Batman.
