When the Committee for a New Order announces their plans to bring down American democracy, Lois and Clark are joined by g-man Hugh Martin in their investigation. Lois is kidnapped by the group in an effort to trap Clark. Clark and Hugh come to her rescue, but are subdued by the group. The leader of the group, Kopak, turns on the fascists, steals the money they have collected, leaves the group members and Clark and Hugh to die, and excapes with Lois in tow. Superman saves Lois and turns Kopak over to the authorities.
