The Robe [Snatch] (villain, introduction, death); Hammer Riley (villain, introduction, death); Satan (villain, cameo, flashback); Michael (an archangel, introduction, flashback)
A small-time hood named Snatch is beaten by his gangster boss for abandoning his lookout post when confronted by Cap and Bucky. Snatch swears vengeance and when he gets his chance he swipes a package outside a costume shop which the costumer claims is a replica of the legendary Robe of Evil. When Snatch puts on the robe he no longer feels cowardly and gains strength and invulnerability. He even has different speech patterns that disappear after he removes the robe. He returns to his boss, kills him, and takes over his mob.
