Synopsis:
Constantly being ribbed because of his weight, "Skinny" Sloan vows to not lose any more weight, else he will lose his girl to another suitor. But Helen's suitor, Jeff, who wants the girl's money, is determined to see that the policeman loses weight, so he hires the Twelvetoe's gang to keep the cop running from crime to crime.
