Synopsis:
The government has set up its own Suicide Squad, and Amanda isn't happy about it. Dybbuk has apparently removed all violent tendencies from Ifrit's brain and the two have announced they're getting married. Count Vertigo turns down Rina's entreaties to him to become Vlatava's ruler.
