John Constantine; the King of the Vampires (dies, also in flashback); William Constantine (first appearance, dies in flashback); Ken Wilson (first appearance, dies in flashback); Davy (dies); Darius; Mary
The King of the Vampires watches John Constantine while he sleeps and remembers when he tasted his first Constantine, John's grandfather, William, in 1916. The King of the Vampires offers Constantine the choice to become a vampire, but he rejects it. After explaining his existential reasons, the vampire thrusts his fangs into John's neck, but what he doesn't know is Constantine has demon's blood in his veins. The vampire suffers from the demon's poison, convulses on the ground, and eventually explodes in flames by the light of dawn.
