Synopsis:
Tintin and Captain Haddock discover that three identical models of an old-time sailing ship hold concealed notes from the Captain's ancestor. When placed together, the notes reveal the location of lost treasure. Other collectors seek the notes, even going so far as to commit murder, but the two friends assemble all three notes, learn the treasure's location, and plan an expedition to the spot.
