Originally credited "Arthur Peddy ?", but he has more crowded panels and awkward moving hands, pointed ears and more expressions on faces. Compare his Rookie Rankin in issue #35-36. This is similar art to the many Manhunter stories in Police Comics credited to Peter Riss on pencils. Probably a mix up by Who's Who, who has him only on ink. Notice flying figures when punched by Rankin, found in at least 12 of his credited Manhunter stories.

Originally credited "Alex Blum?". Art identical to Zolne's credited Swing Sisson story in Feature Comics #111 and #119. Faces, way of standing with a bend in the hips and knees. Also the shuffling walking or running are special. The art has some resemblance to Alex Blum, but leg movement is quite different.

Originally credited Ed Dobrotka as his name seemed to be barely visible as the author credit on a book, "Biography of a Comic Artist", in this story. The name on the book is something like J.D. Parkwust, not Dobrotka.
Art is similar art to the many Manhunter stories in Police Comics credited to Peter Riss on pencils.
