Notes: Originally credited "Arthur Peddy ?", but he has more crowded panels and awkward moving hands, pointed ears and more expressions on faces. Compare his Rookie Rankin in issue #35-36. This is similar art to the many Manhunter stories in Police Comics credited to Peter Riss on pencils. Probably a mix up by Who's Who, who has him only on ink. Notice flying figures when punched by Rankin, found in at least 12 of his credited Manhunter stories.
