Synopsis:
Dragon and Star enter the underground looking for Cyberface but have an encounter with the Widow instead. He then has to stop a fight between the WildC.A.T.S and Freak Force. Once the dust settles, Dragon learns that Mighty Man's secret identity is actually a woman, Nurse Ann Stevens. He then spends a little "quality time" with Rapture.

Notes:
Although published between issues #19 and 20, the story in this issue takes place between issues #12 and 14. The original issue #13 was part of a "creator switch" promotion and was produced by Wildstorm Studios while Larsen took on the art and writing chores for WildC.A.T.S: Covert Action Teams #14. Larsen went back and produced this issue as his own version of #13 to keep his story continuity intact and to be able to claim to have produced all consecutive issues of the Savage Dragon. Pages 12-13. 16-17, 18, and 20 are direct reprints from WildC.A.T.s #14 pages 12-17. Page 28 is a reworked version of the source issue page page 20. It has the same first panel, the remaining panels are reworked or new to put the focus on Dragon and Rapture.
