First Line: How would you like to fall asleep and wake up in the wonderful world of tomorrow?
Synopsis: Wilbur Wolfingham plots to swindle several wealthy people by convincing them that he can put them in suspended animation for 25 years, then revive them in a fantastic future world with their youth intact. When Wolfingham knocks out his clients for what should only be a few hours, Superman intervenes and puts Wolfingham out too, then creates a fake Metropolis of the future, racked by poverty and despair. Superman explains to Wolfingham and his marks that because people did not strive to create a better world, it fell into ruin. When they see the error of their ways, Superman reveals his ruse.

Years later the horse reappears and Stuff reads a piece in the newspaper of how grateful citizens have purchased him as a gift to The Vigilante for his peace-keeping efforts over a long space of time.
