Synopsis: After Mr. Justice is taken captive while attempting to locate and free a trio of diplomats, the First Line are sent on a rescue mission in the country of Halwan. After failing at her attempt to stop the death of one of the heroes, Cassandra Locke continues her journey backwards in time.

Disclose Notes: This issue, featuring the First Line's mission in Halwan, takes place in 1980. Cassandra Locke is present during these events.

The actual date is not given in this issue. Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Teams 2005 (Marvel, 2005 series) #1 establishes that the Halwan mission took place in the early 1980s. However, Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Golden Age 2004 (Marvel, 2004 series) #1 explicitly states that the mission occurred in 1980.

Cassandra Locke's previous chronological appearance was in issue #10, her next chronological appearance is in issue #8. Her log entry in this issue is 125-3-12.

First appearance of Blackjack and Scimitar.

Blackjack is killed in this story.
