When Zatara visits the museum's wealthy benefactor they are summoned to the museum, which has flooded. Zatara tries to control the water and artifacts, but they ignore his magic. Finally, the museum building tells him of the phony substitutions. Collins confesses to being an ex-con, and is returned to prison.
