Vigilante
The Vigilante [Greg Sanders]; Stuff; The Rainbow Man (villain)
When everything looks rosy, then watch out for the Rainbow Man...
Rainbow Man escapes from jail by diving into a vat of dye which turns him white. Greg Sanders, reading about it, knows that the crook buys raw pigments in order to mix paint used to commit his crimes, so he and Stuff question various local suppliers. They trace him to his hideout, where he captures and places them in front of his Color Organ, which generates hypnotic color patterns. The Vigilante manages to smash the wheel using his feet, and the noise brings rescue in the form of a state trooper. They finally catch up with the gang in a film studio which has a giant rainbow as prop.
