In search of the paranormal responsible for the Pitt, Justice travels to Philadelphia where he encounters criminal cult leader, Savior, and his followers, the Millenias. Justice physically beats the Savior causing his disillusioned followers to mob over Savior and beat him to death. Tensen uses the money that Savior had obtained illegally to serve as a trust which would pay his daughter, Angela's, college tuition.
