Synopsis:
The N.S.C. sends Justice to Duncanville, Texas, to investigate a paranormal ex-con, Dennis Foley. As the mob prepares to lynch Foley for his former crimes, Tensen and he make a plan whereby Foley comes to be seen as a hero by fighting Justice off when he seemingly tries to convince Foley to destroy the town. After the battle, Tensen feels great psychic pain when Rodstvow destroys Psi-Hawk, not fully realizing that Angela was nearly crushed while the two paranormals fought in the Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.
