Angela is brought to a hospital in a state of shock and Justice blames himself. Seeing his failure to go after and kill Rodstvow and Psi-Hawk as his crime, and Angela's trauma as the Lord's punishment, Tensen decides to make amends. Via Updike's connection with the Medusa Web, Justice agrees to embark on a trip to Siberia to aid them in freeing Psi-Force to help battle Rodstvow.

Forst St. James Correctional Institute, British Columbia, Canada.
The Medusa Web rescues Jake Travest as he is being transported from prison. They bring him to the site where the remains of the Mark III M.A.X. armor are being houses. Though the armor is still badly damaged, Travest locates a computer disk containing an entire set of specifications to construct a new suit of armor. With the information in hand, the Medusa Web operatives steal the disk from him and leave him behind, blowing up the building with the remains of the armor, and Travest, still in it.
