Synopsis:
A covert agency trusts Alice Hawkings to locate the O-Ring, possibly the only device that will prevent Earth's imminent collision with a meteor. The journey takes her through time and space, via encounters with beings cosmic, legendary and omnipotent. It's a political and economic satire and it's a cry for a better world.
