Synopsis: A metahuman Islamic terrorist of incredible power leaves imprisonment in Afghanistan and begins to lay waste to Monument Point, a city outside Washington DC. The JSA responds, but almost immediately Green Lantern is seriously wounded and removed from the fray. After a long battle, the rest of the team appears incapable of putting the villain down, until Lightning taps more energy than ever before and knocks him out so Dr. Fate can bind him.
