The world of 2028 was a dangerous place
In a world where a pulse has disabled electronics everywhere except for Canada, Russians led by the super-powered Red Rogue invade British Columbia to pilfer resources. Although the Big Woman intervenes, she is captured and her boyfriend Johnny Canuck soon follows, only for Red Rogue to destroy a mountain with his powers, hoping to kill them in the blast.
