Synopsis: Tom and Ed make their way to Kabul with the Delhi #2, Dennis Avasti. Tara can't sleep and can't leave the Ops Room, and when she's tossed out, she sees Dr. Callard and discusses her feelings about the Taleban and Kosovo, which doesn't help, and then picks up a guy at a bar, which helps even less. Operation Morningstar begins to go south as Tom, Ed, and Dennis are being followed, and Ed witnesses a Taleban execution at first hand.

Synopsis: Minders One and Three and Avasti continue to search for MacMillan's copy of the list at all the usual drops, but come up empty-handed. Dr. Callard, consulted by Crocker, tells him that Tara needs to feel she's accomplished some good to offset the assassination in Kosovo. Crocker assigns Tara the task of researching MacMillan. She combs through files, and discovers MacMillan's girlfriend has a stack of his notebooks, which reveal a possible drop location. Ed, Tom, and Avasti find the list and make it back across the border.

Tara is sent to Cairo to interview Mahmoud Youssef, a former member of the Group Islamique Armé; Youssef says he's learned of a terrorist plot.
