"What’s the matter, chum?" asked Heckle as he turned from his food sampling at the refrigerator to face Jeckle who was sitting rather forlornly on a kitchen chair, sighing.
Dimwit comes to collect a debt from Heckle and Jeckle and is beaned by the Magpies in the hope that a blow on the head will cause amnesia regarding the debt. Instead, it sharpens Dimwit’s memory and gives him the ability to predict the weather. The Magpies do their best to exploit Dimwit’s newfound gift.
