The Heap
The Heap [Baron Eric von Emmelman]; George Danbury (engineer); Paul Phillipe; Paul's un-named father; the Nazis (villains)
Near the birthplace of the Heap, British engineer George Danbury discovers oil in the swamps....but the peasants call it the swamp's evil liquid, and will not aid the engineer in drilling for the oil. A young lad age 14 volunteers and assists Danbury, but both are unaware that the Heap is helping too. Then the Nazis destroy the wells through delayed action bombs and the peasants think the explosions were caused by the swamp spirits. The Heap helps clear up some of the misunderstandings and destroys the remaining bomb.
