Features Western lawman Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp (1848-1929). Factual error: Earp's brother Virgil Walter Earp (1843-1905) is said to have been killed by an outlaw named "Rawhide Reefer" while sheriff of "Nugget's Nest, Arizona" and buried there. In fact, Virgil died of pneumonia while serving as deputy sheriff of Esmeralda Co., Nevada, and was buried in Portland, Oregon. (Note by Tom Lammers)

Bernstein script per Martin O'Hearn: http://martinohearn.blogspot.com/2016/09/the-bernstein-black-rider.html
Factual error: "Slabside, Montana" is said to have been a "Pony Express stop"; in fact, the route of the Pony Express came no closer to Montana than central Wyoming. Building in first panel of page 7 is the "Gay Blade Saloon and Bar". (Note by Tom Lammers)
