This issue of Comic Reprints is an exact reprint of Comic Magazine’ Blackhawk #9 (#1) (Winter, 1944). This reprint was published in 1974 OR 1975.
The only differences are:
- the entire issue, except for the color cover, is in black and white

- the inside back cover is an ad for “Trumpet” #12 (”THE MAGAZINE FOR SCIENCE FICTION & FANTASY FANS”)
- the back cover is an ad for “Nostalgia News”
There are no indicia in this issue; neither the original information nor new information is listed. There is no mention of Nostalgia, Inc. as the publisher of this reprint in the issue. However, it definitely is an issue from the Comic Reprints series; it is advertised as such in the in-house ads in issues [8] – [11] and in the “NOTES FROM A COMIC BOOK FREAK” editorial in “The Best of…Captain Marvel”.
