Ivan Von Gent, the famous scientist, is with the townspeople and he vows to figure out how the old man can see the creature but no one else can. He figures out how to make it where he can see the creature and it works. He sees the creature and cries out but it submerges immediately. The old man that used to cry out when it came can now go home and rest because Ivan Von Gent is now "The One who watches"!

Synopsis: Pete Norris is a con who is about to get the chair for the murders he committed. When he hears that the prison may flood he decides to try to escape. He makes it into a room where he is trapped with water leaking in. He decides it is better to try to stop the leak but when he sticks his finger in the hole he is electrocuted because the hole was an electric socket.
