In 2013 Play Media Company transferred the ownership of all its remaining comics magazines to "Play Lifestyle Media", but in 2014 both companies applied for bankruptcy ending their activity. These days, a new-born "Edizioni Play Press" doesn't publish comics anymore.
A few issues of various series were published under the branding of "News Market srl", in late '93 - early '94 probably due to a pause of Play Press' publishing activity for financial reasons. "News Market" was a sister company to Play Press, sharing the same headquarters. It does still exists, alongside its reborn "Play Press" sister brand.   Does this data need corrections?
