1982: "Sanoma Corporation's magazine, comics and book publishing activities are transferred to a new unit, Sanomaprint."
1993: "Sanoma Corporation combines its Sanomaprint and New Media units into a new division, Helsinki Media Company."
1999: "Sanoma and WSOY merge on May 1, and the company is renamed SanomaWSOY."
