By Sanpei Shirato (白土三平) / Akame Productions. Reprints a 1980s Kamui Gaiden (カムイ外伝) story from Big Comic magazine (1982 ?). This is not from Garo magazine in the 1960s.
Ryan Holmberg revealed in November 24, 2021, The Comics Journal article that this series was actually drawn by Shirato's brother Okamoto Tetsuji, uncredited.
