There is nothing in #8 (the last published issue) that indicates that it is the last issue -- unlike #8 of the 1993 series, which ended with a message saying that the American reprints have caught up with the Japanese originals, and Fantastic Panic would be going away until the Japanese stories had gotten ahead.
