Disclose Notes: This cover represents a different type of variant, heretofore unseen in comic collecting. To commemorate the impending release of the Ant-Man movie, Marvel conceived a variant cover that features a different size Ant-Man image on every cover. It is claimed that Marvel had to utilize cutting edge technologies to achieve this feat, which seems to be a first in comics publishing. The end result is that every cover of this variant is completely unique from every other one and each copy is individually numbered. Printing was limited to advance orders. No reliable data exists about the number of copies produced but the secondary market supports the notion that the number hovers around 11,000 copies.
