Disclose Notes: I.P.C. bought Hamlyn in 1964, after having previously taken over Odhams in March 1961. Odhams produced comics for I.P.C. until they ceased to exist in January 1969. The Hamlyn Publishing Group Limited published the Pow! Annuals (1970/71 for sure)as per indicia: Published for Odhams Books.
