Synopsis: Osborn dismantles SHIELD and the old Avengers as he begins to take over the national security of the U.S. He does away with Tony Stark's tech and replaces it with his own as he puts together the HAMMER organization He also recruits a new "official" Avengers team and reveals it to the world as he surprises everyone by donning a red, white and blue version of the Iron Man armor and becomes the Iron Patriot.
