Zabu is temporarily believed to be the rabid killer of Kapah, a young member of the Fall People. Sarak, Kapah's father, is driven insane by rabies and Ka-Zar is forced to take him down. Realizing that he will also succumb, Tongah commits suicide. Ka-Zar watches a t-rex take down the rabid saber-toothed tiger and is relieved that it isn't Zabu.
