The Black Hood story is listed as "A Monster After Midnight." However, the actual Black Hood story in Top Notch Comics 20 does not have this title, and the monster in the story looks entirely different than the artwork in the house ad. The name of the man who becomes a monster is "Mark Horley" in both the ad and the story, so the artist who drew the ad must have not had access to the finished story (which was drawn by Al Camy).
