When Sivana's attempt to run Billy Batson over with a car fails, he orders Batson to be kidnapped and brought to his lair. Unfortunately, the thug sent to accomplish the deed, finds four Billy Batsons at his residence, so the three visiting Billys are taken away, and the real Billy must rescue the Three Lieutenant Marvels from Sivana and his thugs as Captain Marvel.
