Rick Flag Sr., under the mental control of the Red Wave monster, frees the beast from the Moon prison vault and Harley, Boomerang, Croc, and Katana struggle to stop it before it can reach Earth and end all life there. Meanwhile, Waller, Deadshot, El Diablo, and Enchantress, having escaped from Argus robots at the Task Force X air base in Nevada, must return to the base when Waller learns a secret about it.
